Are you a caregiver with multiple employers?
With our SHARED PLAN, we will coordinate accurate tax deductions and ensure CRA-compliant payroll for each family, issue separate pay stubs per employer, and provide individual T4s from each household at year-end, as required by law.
How It Works?
Step 1: We Set You Up
We register you with CRA and WSIB, and collect everything needed to start payroll smoothly.
Step 2: We Process Payroll
On each payday, we calculate pay, deduct taxes, send direct deposits, and provide detailed digital pay stubs.
Step 3: We Keep You Compliant
We remit taxes, prepare year-end T4s, and issue ROEs — keeping everything organized and above board.
FAQ's
Is this only for nannies and caregivers?
No, we support all household employees like PSWs, elder companions, and more.
Do I need WSIB registration?
Yes, in Ontario, WSIB is mandatory for most household employers. We’ll register and manage this on your behalf.
How often can I run payroll?
You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We’ll process payroll according to your preferred schedule.
What happens if the caregiver’s employment ends?
We’ll issue the ROE, assist with final pay, vacation payouts, and ensure everything is documented properly.
